Just like anyone else, because I wouldn't recognize her. And I'm not entirely clear on who she is.

But in general, I've known celebrities. Many of them are sick of empty praise, sick of hangers-on, and sick of hearing about how awesome they are. (And the ones who aren't like that, get the hell away from as fast as possible.)

Tell them about you. About your life. About your awesome adventures. Preferably in some area that has nothing to do with what they are famous for.

If you've read The Game, you can do similar shit to what the guys did in the book. The best option is to pretend you don't recognize her, just sit down at her table (or approach wherever she's at) with a cool, open frame, say "Hey, what's up?" or something situational, and focus on everyone except her- but make sure to be teasing her. Basically, treat her like any other girl.

Sometimes it's better to stay away from anything involving what she does, and sometimes it's better to talk exclusively about that shit- just feel it out and see if it's something she wants to talk about. I don't have any experience with gaming any celebrities, but I've talked to a few. I do have some experience with models, and most of em fuckin love to talk about what they do. So just feel it out, don't act like a fan, and just treat em normally.

If it's day game, go for a number-close the way it's done in The Game. If it's night game, I'd be trying to fuck her that night. Everything after that is cake- be just as busy as they are but invite them to cool shit. If you don't have cool shit to invite them to, don't. Just invite them to hang out and fuck. You can't really do much beyond that, because most celebrities (especially someone like Katy Perry) won't appreciate you if you don't have much to offer (in terms of partying and shit).
