I work in a major city. When I walk down the street, I'm amazed by how far people will go out of their way to avoid making eye contact. It's a little disturbing. I prefer to be present and pay attention to my surroundings. Whenever I'm in close proximity to another human being, I like to acknowledge their presence.

Before I started reading up on seduction, I would always keep my head down and never make eye contact. I broke that habit, and now I keep my chin up like it's hanging from a string from the sky. I make eye contact with everyone I see, and I always smile at them. For a while, I had myself in the habit of saying "hey" to everyone. That was better than nothing, but lately I switched from "hey" to "how's it going?", and I've seen a vast improvement in the reception I get.

Those three little words have amazing power. They instantly communicate that I am a friendly person and I'm willing to have a conversation with you if you're interested. Plus just saying it makes me feel more comfortable with them. People really respond to it well. I can even say it to a girl who's going out of her way not to look at me, and she'll usually at least look up and smile.

TL;DR: Train yourself to say "how's it going?" to everyone you see. You'll see amazing results.
