Hello all,

While this post is not about seducing women, it's more psychological/shit-test related.

Shit tests are something a lot of people have the wrong idea about, imho.

It's NOT so much about trying to pick the right answer. You pick the answer that's right for you. That's it. If it's wrong for her, fine. Better to get it out of the way now.

It's really about having a good attitude about when a girl gives you shit or teases you in the early going. If she's "testing you in that way," you "pass" by having a good attitude.

We were talking about relationships when she asked me:"Would you dump me if I ever kissed another guy?"

Kind of suspicious. Did you think to ask why she thought of that?

I am now thinking of my answer. Because since I said 'yes', I am afraid she will never tell me IF it happens and kisses someone else.

No, man. Incorrect attitude. You established a boundary with her that was important for you.

You should NEVER have to sacrifice your boundaries to assure that your SO will be truthful. If she cheats, you may not know at the moment. But if you worry about that, you'll destroy any relationship you're in.

Just know that someone who commits infidelity, will become obvious to you as their lies and desires to control or hide information, become clearer and clearer.

I'll say it again, cheaters usually reveal themselves or leave enough circumstantial evidence for people to figure it out.

You gave the perfect answer. You need to tell her that you won't put up with bullshit or games. If you told her no, then you not only give her permission to do it, you also show yourself as a weak man.

Honestly, I think your answer was perfect. One thing a lot of guys do is not set boundaries to please the girl. In other words, you established clearly and maturely what your position on that is. Now she knows clearly what you think about that. Many guys would evade the question because of being afraid of the consequences, or would just half-answer (think something like saying "well it depends", etc) which is a BAD answer.

Definitely you are overthinking it. One of the most important things in a relationship is make the other person respect you. This doesn't mean she (or he) has to be your slave or obey you or be afraid of you; not at all. It just means having clear what your limits are, what you like and don't like and what you are willing to tolerate and what you aren't.

Definitely stop overthinking, if you gave such an answer in a difficult and fast situation like that one was, you definitely have a lot of things set up in your mind the correct way.

depending on the look in her eyes after your reply. if she looked down and away, means she already did it. if her eyes had curiosity or satisfaction, you're in the clear.
