I struggle with this as well. In person body language is the most important way to communicate sexual intent tho. Eye contact, frame, physical escalation.

Occasional innuendo is important but more teasing rather than making it about her satisfying you sexually.

The examples you've laid out don't mean shit dude.

You can act like you're not interested in sex, you can compliment her or say how sexy she is in that outfit. The big picture is this.

If she is attracted to you (which usually happens when she first sees you), then any of these examples can work.

In example one, the indirect approach gives her a plausible excuse to talk to you and continue the conversation going. If she was not into you, the indirect conversation will go on but it will eventually die down.

In example 2, if she doesn't like you, then the response varies depending on the severity level of it. If it's a "I think that dress is sexy on you" then she'll say "thanks" or "aww thank you" but no more than that. If it's something like "That dress brings out your boobs, I wanna motorboat them" then she's likely to say "fuck off you creep!" (i.e in the last example, you can only say something like this once you actually developed something with her. If you're saying this for the first time you've her or before you've gone on a date with her, it's not likely to work well.

I always go indirect and hide my sexual intentions, that's always the right route for me, just build a connection, flirt, and demonstrate high value, I also sometimes intentionally make her a little jealous

I would say that both overdoing and avoiding this aspect in your interaction won’t be received positively. You don’t need to talk about sex to do it, and too much talking instead of doing also may cause this impression of insecurity about taking action. And remember that communication is not only about words, proper voice tone and body language are maybe even more important in setting the mood and context.
