I never noticed women checking me out either but a few of my ex-girl friends told me that they've seen women checking me out. Apparently women are much more discrete about it than men are.

Girls are probably checking you out, don't worry about it. They do the "not-looking-at-you-I'm-looking-past-you" thing where they use their peripheral vision to check out if YOU are checking them out. That's why they stare with their eyes fixed on something- if they move their eyes, it screws up their motion-tracking. I'm being serious. They also do the look-at-where-you're-going-and-you-walk-into-it, not follow-you gaze. Just keep doing you, buddy. They notice.

I have to say your posts are getting annoying.

How many times has it to be said it's not what you look like it's your attitude and piss poor self image. If you don't think you're attractive why would any women do so?

I don't consider myself above average in attractiveness yet I had women stop and stare , a few times in my life. However most of the time that will not happen unless you're extremely handsome. Most women will make slight eye contact or shoot a glance. Some women (this happens more often than not) will severely avoid eye contact but by the body language you can tell they are attractive to you.

Most women don't "check out" men. That's far too active. It's more that they put themselves in a position to be checked out. Most IOI's are things like touching hair, adjusting clothing, and turning their bodies so that they are more "displayed."

Now, when I was younger I attracted much more sexually aggressive women and I tended to coast by on this, but it's not really the norm.

Women check you out with their peripheral vision. And they position themselves to be checked out.

Some of them are very bad at it and incredibly creepy. On the train today, I sat down and this girl stood right beside me on the edge of my periphery while I was reading a book. I appreciate all of the chances she gave me, but if I didn't have the balls 10 minutes ago, creeping me the fuck out certainly isn't going to help. It's just going to make me even more nervous and fill my head with even more immobilizing thoughts.

Maybe she was punishing me for being such a chicken. Maybe it was a good thing, because I'm less inclined to feel that way again.
