If we are talking about at night, go up to another guy and say "hey, i'm gonna go over to those two girls and do some damage, if you're in. Just so you know the Brunette/Blonde/redhead/tallgirl/ugly girl/asian is mine." it doesn't matter if he has game it's about isolating her. Girls will never want to be left alone at night, you need a fourth person to take the heat.

Don't neglect her friend cause that's not cool. Instead go for them both. You'll either get one or two girls. Not a bad result either way.

Similar to how you'd game a group. Either find a way to isolate the girl you want, or entertain both of em. I don't really do "short-term" stuff where I try to get a number in 10 minutes -- I'm gonna be moving between groups throughout the night unless/until I find a few that I really like. So if I'm trying to isolate a girl, it's because there's an opening where I know it's okay for her to separate from her friend indefinitely -- and then I'll be trying to fuck her. If I can't find any openings, I'm gonna stay with both of em, invite both back to my place (or go with them to theirs), and I cross that bridge when I come to it. Usually the friend knows she's the third wheel so she'll get out of your way -- sometimes, she won't realize it (or is purposely cock-blocking you), and it's terrible. Still usually worth it IMO. I can always meet back up with my girl the next day or whatever.

This is just for night game shit. For day game, it's pretty simple if you're only talking for like 10 minutes (I guess it depends on your plans and shit) -- just get both the numbers, and either invite both of em to some event (like a party, where you can then focus on your girl), or just get the numbers but only text the one girl.

But yeah, you usually don't wanna be kissing her with the friend right there -- with a group of friends it's usually okay, or if everyone's partying it's not a big deal. Otherwise, the friend's gonna be feeling all kinds of mixed emotions, and your girl won't be feeling too comfortable either. So you isolate, or invite em both back to your place, then isolate. Or if you're Don Juan, shoot for a threesome.
