Today I realized I've adopted the platonic conversation type of game. I just chat with a woman then ask for her number before I leave.

At first getting a number was the shit. But after the flakes and ghosts, I knew I was doing something wrong.

You have to push every initial interaction as far as you can. I recognized limiting beliefs I hold, like kissing is only for dates. Bullshit, because the initial interaction is the first date. Dude, she's into you or she's not. Yeah maybe she won't kiss a guy she just met but what's to stop you from trying? She'll definitely remember you.

I had this process in my head. Approach, banter, get number, ask for a date a couple days later. Bullshit.

Getting the number is a last resort. Dude if a chick is really into you, she'll chill with you for a minute. That's the first date.

Getting a shit ton of flakey numbers feels good at first but you'll reach a point when you don't have time for the texting logistics bullshit.

Maybe I'm not super eloquent, but I've come to firmly believe that the time you spend with a chick on the first interaction should be treated like the first date. Escalation, touch barrier, kissing. It's all on the table.
