I (20M) started to notice that most of my problems stem from the fact of how i feel and how much i feel the desire for sex, really that seems to be it,

And the closest way of describing this is hunger, i feel the need to fuck just as much as i feel the need to eat,

And i notice whenever i am talking, interacting, looking ETC., i can't stop myself from sexualizing or trying to game every girl that is neither way too ugly or a parent,

Whenever i try to explain why i'm interacting with someone, it is either out of obligation or lust,

I grab myself talking and engaging about subjects i couldn't care less, asking a girl's name even thought i forget it mid conversation because her name is quite irrelevant to me, because deep down my only motivation there is testosterone based,

And with me not being very successful with game recently it is taking a toll on my wellbeing, and i honestly don't know what to do...

I know what you will tell me, that it is just my age and it will pass, but am i supposed to just suffer for 10 years until it goes away?

And obviously this affects my game because it makes me way too eager, fake, and obviously on a rush to just stick my dick in, and this is obviously sad
