Well I learned that it's hard to make an move or to start an spark with somebody who already knows you.

For context: I used to be an immature guy that always talked alot and was never serious. After some growing up and self reflection I really have changed. I met up with an ex coworker I always thought was very cute but I never made an or anything. Now I am trying to get something started between us but it won't work because she has this image of who I was in her head and that judges her image of me now.

Maybe it could be that she just isn't into me and that is no big deal but it's harder to make an move on people who already know you and have a certain image of you in their head
