You are asking a really vague question without giving any details on anything.

If you don't really care about a future with any of them again and if it has been awhile since you talked or met them. It wouldn't be a bad idea to just message them and ask what kept them from going on a second date with you. And just take what they say as a learning experience. You'd come off pretty sad to them but if you message them with the intention that you are trying to learn and if your dates are ending pretty good like you said they have no reason to think you a creeper.

Or just ask your close girlfriends what about your manner might throw girls off.

Another good idea is to maybe get a friend to set you up on a date with their friend so that you could ask your friend what the girl liked and didn't like about you.

Don't pay for her dinner, don't be too needy, enjoy yourself, act like you have lots of options, challenge her, let her surprise you...

Try asking r/dating_advice or r/OKCupid.
Part of the problem is that a first date from online is your first in-person meeting; when you get a date meeting someone in-person, the girl already knows how attracted she is to you . Online dating is a bit of a mirage... maybe you both like Star Trek and Indie Rock, but you can't tell whether you can carry a conversation with them easily or if there's any attraction/chemistry until the first in-person meeting.
Keep your first dates from online extremely simple... such as getting coffee? And go on lots of them. It's a lot like throwing throwing food at the wall to see what sticks.
