The girl just likes attention and isn't really crazy about you. Keep her around, but most definitely work on having lots of options.

Are you sure she's not working early afternoon (like until 1)...hanging out with someone for the early evening, and then planning to do something? That message doesn't seem particularly conclusive. Don't go chalking up a rejection before it even happens unless it's clear.

Text and and tell her to come to your place (or near). If she doesn't, nothing lost, if she does, cool.

Miss Manners say that you must never cancel a previous social engagement if you receive another invitation. You never break a date because a better date asks you out. And if you found someone broke a date with you under these circumstances, it would be appropriate to drop them from your social circle and not offer them any future invitations.

Agreed, In the future if she or any other girl were to ask you to reschedule, reply with a simple "don't have my calendar in front of me, it's a busy week"

I vote you either cancel the plans citing that you're too busy, or when she contacts you after the fact and is like "sorry for not cancelling!" or w/e, play it off like you forgot you even had plans. This, of course, runs a risk of looking like you're fronting.

Overall, push this out of mind. She's just one of billions of chicks that currently shouldn't have any influence over how good you feel. Find more options and see if she comes around and stops with the shit.

The most important lesson you can learn in game, and learn it early, is that sometimes no matter what you do, you lose the girl. For example, I went to a music fest with some friends, took some E, started talking to a cute little blond. We started making out, left and went to bars, made out all night, went back to the pad, messed around until about 4 until some other peeps who were crashing came in. I went to sleep, chic left without leaving a number. this is after I had been fooling around with her for hours. In retrospect I did a few things wrong but nothing that would normally make a girl do that. I think she was just a good girl, and I happened to be on drugs for the first time in my life, and it got fucked. Nothing I really could have done to salvage. I've had other similar things where I've fucked the girl, made sure she got off a couple of times, had a good vibe, passed the shit test, and she still flaked soon after. Sometimes it just happens. Hell, I have a buddy who is as much a natural as you will ever meet. The kid lost his virginity at like 10, and we call him the silver tongued devil. Guy can open any set, and even if he doesn't hookup, the girls all love him, and the guys buy him beers. Even this guy routinely gets flaked on, and I can promise you it's not his game. Summary: sometimes no matter what you do you're fucked, accept it, and move on. Plenty of girls out there.

I don't get it. [So and So] is some other dude? And is the status message from Monday (in which case she was lying about not being available) or Tuesday (in which case she is hanging out with someone else)?

Either way, I probably wouldn't want to go out with a girl who is so stupid that she forgot we're FB friends :)

PS - sometimes a reschedule is actually a reschedule. Not everything is a shit test, and in this case, I'm not sure it was a shit test. Sounds more like she's just flaky.

The only thing I would have done differently is the "I'll head your way", it sounds like you are being led by her. I always use the "meet me at..." for txt message dates. If you have to pick her up for whatever reason and that's implied, you could say "be ready at 7" etc. I doubt that is why she flaked here though.

Not a shit test, but it is a weird way to blow someone off since she asks to move it to the very next day...

I'm wondering if she just didn't get your reply. I would just call, if she's not interested move on.

I had a girl add me to facebook while still in the club and she approached me for it. Then I straight up told her i only wanted to be friends but we could go hiking sometime. She said awesome you better. I said alright well we can go next weekend maybe. She said great. So we setup a time. She canceled by not replying that day of the hiking. She then later told me her phone got stolen and wanted to have me come party with her and her friend and have me crash with her at her friends place because she wanted to see me drunk. I said yea alright. She then said her friend stole her car and ditched her and lost her phone at a bar which was later found. All sounded feasible for a party person. Note she invited me out and I didn't respond enthusiastically but said i would go. Ends up she tells me im fucking stupid and to lose her number. I told her I already did after she canceled the last time and told her she was the one to initiate and to stop bugging me and I wouldn't ever date her and had told her that previously. Her friend which is a dj buddy of mine txts me to tell me to stop talking to his girl. I ask who that is and find out she is. So i told him the situation and he laughed and then we started talking about the venues he was djing at. Ends up she looking crazy and me finally getting that nut off my back.

PS... women are nuts.
