My two friends unfortunately don't really game properly. Lot of AFC stuff. I almost feel like their afc stuff is rubbing off on me and ruining my mindset in talking to girls and keeping a proper frame. what to do?

Seems to me like you're starting to allow the whole 'pick up' thing to turn you into a bit of a douchebag. Who cares if your friends arnt into reading articles about picking up girls?

I go out with my friends because they're my friends and i have fun with them. If i decide that i want to hit on girls while i'm clubbing, i go for a walk on my own around the club until i see someone to approach.

Dont let pick up make you LESS sociable - thats almost the opposite of what you should be trying to achieve.

And stop calling your friends 'AFCs' you nerd. They're not good with women? welll i bet you werent either before you started reading seduction material on the internet.

Pull yourself together, you're not the sh*t just because you browse seddit and cold approach girls.

Do you like your friends? Do you have fun with them? If you do, then you should not have any problem with going out with them, just enjoy their company, they will up your state and help you even if they themselves do badly. It is not like they not picking up has anything to do with your own game, they are not going to be there when you approach a girl.

If you don't like them, and don't have fun with them, why the hell do you go out with them in the first place?

Finally, if that doesn't convince you, just try going out with different people? Or go out alone? Having "gaming" friends could be great, but it is not a necessity.

I have a rather large group of friends that get together regularly. The fact that the only other guy with any game is a natural has actually helped me, not hurt me. If you're confident, funny, smart and refuse to put girls on a pedestal it makes you stand out.

I have the same issue, and the reason you hate it so much is because you see the traits in them that you saw in yourself and hated.

You made a choice to improve that aspect of your life...they didn't, and that's ok. Don't try to change them, it's not your place (and is equivalent to a religious evangelical mindset).

don't go out with your friends intending to pick up chicks. Sure, go talk to some girls... Perhaps offer to wing,but don't lose your cool over it. My drunken friends have blown ago many sets for me... But I'm not pissed because it wasn't malicious... They just didn't know better. I'm not gonna stop hanging with my best friends over some girl i barely met.

I recommend you change your frame on this, or if you can't, then find a new group that you can meet girls with...

Personally i just like to wander of on my own sometimes and meet girls when I'm out. No harm, no foul
