Why do girls flake? the age old question. I had 2 girls who I interacted with really well that thought I built attraction with flake on me in the last two weeks...advice please

Girls flake for a ton of reasons. There's no real answer.

Sometimes it's you. A lot of the time, it's them. Stop worrying about it so much and go talk to other girls.

Where are you located ?, that could be one factor. I moved from the midwest to las vegas and girls over here are completely different. They flake all the time out here where back home, if you get a #, you're half way home.

Text game, don't be boring, keep it brief. Text right after meeting, keep em hot and wanting more.

When meeting, don't seem too eager. Try to be interested and not interested at the same time.

Don't care if they flake...it's most likely her, not you. She is lucky you spoke with her, don't text for a while after a flake out, but do check back.

These are things I figured I could change a few months back when I kept getting flaked on. After changing these things the flake outs have almost completely disappeared.

On the same boat as you my friend. Met a hb8 at a store, we chatted and got a #close. We texted and set up a date. Next day I text her to talk, no reply. On the day of the date I text to confirm our plans and she says her cat died and doesn't feel like hanging out. That was Tuesday. I texted her today and told her she better have a great Thanksgiving! She replies with a thanks you too. I tried to continue and see how she's doing but no reply.

So now what? I say fuck it and on to the next one. She may be going through such a tough time that she's not in the mood to talk to anyone, or she might be bullshitting me. But its not my job to think for her. You should NEVER be doing the thinking for her. Just move on, don't become outcome dependent and don't build one way street connections.

You're approaching this completely wrong.

You can't claim that girls flake - that's like girls saying that all guys want is sex.

Why did these two girls flake? We can't possibly give you exact reasons - but there is a common denominator here, which you have control over.

Keep improving yourself and you'll have less flakes over the long run. Keep in mind though that you can't always win; people flake, things come up, shit happens.

Don't invest yourself too much in any one person until they've invested back.

Women are just flakey, they are emotional, illogical and slightly crazy. You just have to catch em on a good day. Just rethink about the interactions if they seemed on point, put em out of your head and move on.

Stopping flakes is way underplayed in this community. What's the point of a number if it doesn't lead anywhere!?! I am not the greatest, but I am learning. You need to keep them HOT! not sure when the best time for a first text is, but no later than the next day. I think my best success is the morning after, some say night of, I feel immediately after, it could get ignored as a number exchange text. The second part is to Reply to her texts at randomly spaced intervals from a few minutes to a few hours!. I recently read about gambling addiction, this is what you are trying to do to them, get them addicted to texting you like gambling addicts get addicted to slots. Act Quicky in setting up a date! You are in a constant battle between keeping her hot and sounding needy, the best way to minimize your chance of screwing up is by setting up your second interaction quickly on day 2 or 3. Again have recently been working on this, cause honestly the only true close is an F-close, so if a #-close doesn't lead to an F-close, you might as well not bother. But it is true if she doesn't text back, move on, the goal is to get her to text back though ;)

Same thing, my man. Got an attractive girls number with a cool personality, texted her for a date, she responded to the first text, but when I asked her to get coffee, no response.

In all fairness, though, it was my fault. I waited too long to text her after getting my number, or maybe she wasn't interested in the first place. I'm considering texting her again, just to see if it goes any better, but I probably won't.

In my opinion, if they flake, well, they flake and you find the next girl that peaks your interest. If you've built up enough interest for them to willingly give you their number, though, it's kind of on them. But I know I've given my number to people I've been less than interested in just because it was easier. If I were you, I'd keep doing what your doing. You're getting numbers, sounds like you're doing something right.

Just because you can have a conversation doesnt mean they are into you, neither does giving you their number especially if you study/work together

They don't like you. They were going along to be pleasant and to avoid being perceived as negative, but they obviously weren't too impressed. Maybe you should try calling instead of "texting," to better judge committment and to convey that you are an adult.

After number exchange go for a hug then kiss tell her your going to kiss her the cheek. Is she responds positivly go for it. If not then its not worth the trouble. If she in fact does respond allow her to kiss you back.

Don't text asking for a date. Text to build tension. Then actually call and ask to go on the date.
