I deleted my socials and OLD apps yesterday - just felt like they weren’t conducive to my mental health and it’s very easy for your self-worth to be tied in them without realising it.

But, I think that girls who have used dating apps are very difficult to catch, especially for a LTR. They have a catalogue of buff guys at their disposal and it makes them chase the top 1% of men, even after you meet them in person.

So I think I’m going to screen potential girls by whether they’ve used a dating app or not. It’s too easy to get strung along with a few dates whilst they’re still pining over that 9/10 who messaged them back
