There are women who are not looking for hookups or relationships. But are on datingsites and want to text and meet up.

Furthermore a lot of women never say they are looking for someone.

I think if she doesn't have a bf it is bs. She is just so fed up with dating that she doesn't want to put any emotional effort in. Not even admitting to herself she would like to have a partner.
