You literally have to not care about what other think of you, which is impossible. You'll never stop thinking about what other people think about you. But imagine that for a moment that one person you are talking to actually cares about what youre saying. Everyone else doesn't care, but that one person you engaged into conversation with actually gives a damn. that's how I get over my social anxiety.

It sucks but you gotta risk it for the biscuit. As long as you are polite and respectful of her you shouldn't worry too much about inconveniencing her. That is just life and she is used to guys approaching her.

You gotta make good eye contact and learn to read body language. Now granted every woman is different, some will intentionally hide what their true feelings are, but often times they're happy to have a brief interaction with a stranger. You have to remember that even though you're taking 2 minutes of their time, a lot of the time, they were just wandering around doing nothing anyway and they're happy to get the validation. You are offering them value.

If you're really against it still, then approach less attractive women. The less attractive the girl the more she will like you.

Cold approaching is a lot like being a door to door salesman or making cold calls. People are going to hang up on you, slam the door in your face, etc. You're literally approaching someone with no prior commonalities, knowledge, or idea of who they are. When you cold approach you're either bothering them or at best giving them something to do while waiting for whatever they're doing.

You might ask, "Well why do we do it then?" Why? Because it is literally the one thing that makes you the most uncomfortable and will cause you the most growth in the long run. It forces you out of your comfort zone. If you can sit in the uncomfort of a cold approach, talking to Sally May at the coffee shop will be a breeze. I want you to know the fear and anxiety never goes away you just get comfortable with it. It is normal to have the fear, and it is normal to have a negative thought. But do it anyways through the thoughts, whenever anyone tries to accomplish anything in life those thoughts always come up.

If you're really trying to pull rather than do exercises, I recommend looking up social circle game. In my experience, it is the most effective method and has the best turn over rate from meeting to bed. It ups your odds significantly to I would estimate 7 to 10 just for starting.

RSD Luke is the main teacher of social circle game but I'm sure there are plenty out there, but he is my favorite by far because he's very results-oriented. Forewarning, it takes some tact and if your not careful can cause a lot of drama in your life.

To answer your question, a tactic I learned from the Natural Life Styles of all they do is cold approach is before making the approach, try to focus on the soles of your feet. Think of your brain and your thoughts as a spotlight, and put that spotlight on the soles of your feet and ground yourself to the ground. Then simply walk up and say whatever comes out of your mouth and roll with it.

Easy. Actually improve yourself. If you have anything good at all to offer then there will be more than a 1 in 10 chance that they'll want what you have to offer.

One of the easiest things to learn is how to fuck women real good. You don't need to go to the gym for months to develop that, you don't need to grow a business or climb a career ladder for that, all you need is to pick up some books or watch some videos.

Look into White Tiger Tantra by Steve Piccus, any of David Shade's stuff, a book like Sex God Method by Daniel Rose, Jason Capital's 17 Moves That Blow Her Fvcking Mind, or even a pornhub video that is a tutorial on how to make girl's squirt (search it, it should be there somewhere).

When you know that you at least can offer mind blowing sex. At that point it can even feel like she's the one getting lucky when you approach her and there is a way to get a fairly accurate sense of that.

You're not bothering them when you're attractive and have a sexual frame. Women are not inherently busy or not busy. They are busy when a nervous guy who thinks he's bothering them approaches. When a confident guy with a sexual frame approaches, then they're not busy. Get it?

Here is a quick motivation. My friend g asked friend m to go ask a girl for Instagram and he will give friend m a donut. So this girl was sitting down and was reading a book friend m randomly goes up to this random girl reading book and say's this "Hey my friend told me if I can get your Instagram user name he will give me a donut.
