First, it depends on how much you value the friendship, because you do risk losing the friendship. If you still want to go for it, I'd recommend being subtle, perhaps by speaking to her the same way as always, but with a lot more kino and physicality. This is a dangerous game though, you have to be able to recognize whether it's gonna happen or not, or you risk getting a case of oneitis. Make sure to maintain frame though, don't spill out your heart to her, she needs to feel like it was completely spontaneous on both sides. Good luck, you're playing a tough game.

I usually go straight into it, I will make a story like "My best friend said that you and I should go out". Watch her response, if she's interested she will immediately say something like "ooh, really". If she isn't then she will joke about it, "oh he's wierd".

You can have completely platonic conversations with a woman and still generate attraction through eye contact and the way you convey your emotions. If you're both into the conversation and she's laughing and having a good time, just ask her out.

You tell her there are Intellectual and Physical things about her that peak your desires, your interests. Tell her straight out, looking her in the eye that you are attracted to her in these ways, and not to confuse it with friendship. Also tell her you would love to explore an emotional relationship with her, if she has the inclination.

I can't really get my head around how people hook up other than directly approaching a girl at a club, or going on a 'date'. With both of them situations, you have effectively already showed your intend (with direct approach she knows you wanna bang her straight away, and with a date, well you wouldn't go on date with her if you didn't want to bang her). And so, from that point, her letting you touch her is kind of a sign that she likes you and is sort of leading you on/telling you to proceed

But with say, a girl you work with, or a girl in your social circle, or a girl who you're helping with her studies or something, I don't get how you make the switch from just chatting as friends to hooking up.

You're not supposed to tell them that you 'like' them, so you have to rely on 'kino'. But to always be touching a girl could make you look like a creep? (Even if you escalate slowly). And then do you just go for the kiss if you haven't been blatantly told to stop touching her?

It all just seems a but clunky. Even with lots of kino, to go in for the kiss without some sort of strong verbal hint that you like her just seems to weird to me. Like it could still totally take the girl by surprise. Or maybe she took your touch as just being friendly/playful banter between mates?

I was talking too a friend last night about how he managed to hook up with girls from college and work and stuff, and it sounds like he just blatantly told them that he finds them attractive which goes against what seddit says to do, but it just sounds more normal?

I was tutoring a girl the guitar recently, but I didn't know how to actually 'make the move'. We were taling and laughing, and I was touching her every now and again, but at that point, I wasn't sure what to do next? Just go for teh kiss and accept the chance that she would be freaked out and be like ''what the hell!!!!??''
