Problem with approaching girls

Hit the gym. Eat super healthy. Put on muscle. Dress in clothes that mold to your muscular physique. LOOK attractive then WAIT for signals to approach. In many cases they will find reasons or excuses to approach you and you'll just "know" they're turned on by what they see by the way you feel when they're around you and their behavior (flirty, touchy, easy-going conversation with out "trying" to make it work, etc.) It's a very strong sexual energy; like a magnetic "pull" and it's undeniable. When they look at you you will feel it STRONGLY. Alot of shyness comes from being uncertain of a girls attraction to you. When you know for CERTAIN, you feel way more at ease because all doubt is removed from your mind, allowing for the interaction to flow naturally.

Even when shy and introverted, so long as you are sexually attractive to women, it's an endearing quality. If unattractive, it's "awkward and creepy".

I'm socially awkward at times, and it's amazing what I can get away with with women who are already sexually attracted to me from the start. They tolerate so much more from you it's not even funny. When physically appealing, You have more leeway so, you could nervous, timid, shy, or whatever "beta" male trait you have but it won't matter at all to a woman who wants to take you home that night because they will help you with logistics, touch you first, and be as feminine as possible to make it so all you have to do is say, "So...errrm...you're place or mines?" It's like that when a woman wants immediately.

So, instead of the "shotgun" approach to dating, focus on improving yourself which is your outer appearance and what you put in your body and let your PHYSICAL APPERANCE do most of the talking. Ya' know, kinda like the way women do when YOU feel compelled to approach THEM?! You want to approach them because of physical attraction and nothing else. Women are the exact same way, it's just that most guys are skinny/average/fat slobs and refuse to put in the effort to make themselves attractive enough so women begin pursuing them. But, when you do put in effort, You just show up, say "hello" to people, and you will start noticing women making their rounds around you, offering to buy you drinks, randomly striking up conversation, etc. And you can still be your shy, introverted self like me.

But that's just me. Most guys are too lazy to work on their physique and not realizing it's 10x as hard to learn how to TALK to women than it is to BE an attractive person people already want to talk to. So work on you.

Yes, I always tell guys do these 3 things.

Understand your psychology. Your identity and how you functioned in your family. Much of who you are today with respect to women is inextricably connected to that.
Get more positive Ref. Experiences.
Create a system to ensure you follow through on both.
