Disclaimer: What I am about to write is based on stuff I've read, not stuff I've put into practice.

PUAs typically only think about a girls HB score (1-10) when deciding how to game a girl, but this neglects another important value: her own perception of her value, or her self esteem. Although self esteem is a sliding scale, for simplicity it's best to group them into two categories: high esteem / low esteem. From this we end up with 4 basic categories of girl:

High Value / Low Esteem: Girls who are hot, but deep inside are insecure and yearn for the validation of an alpha male. Most of the stuff in the Mystery Method was designed to bed these girls (negs, jealousy, pre selection) all work well on these girls.
Low Value / Low Esteem: Fugly girls who know they're fugly.
Low Value / High Esteem: Ever met a fat girl that seems to think a lot of herself and is really loud and sarcastic all the time? That's one of these. These are the types who love to cockblock. Avoid.
High Value / High Esteem: This is the type of girl you are trying to game. Negs / preselection will not only not work, they may put her off you. Jealousy is much less effective. She is not looking for your validation, so trying to with hold it from her won't work. I'm told the way to game these girls is to be very honest and upfront with them, while still acting with a strong masculine core. You have to show these types of girls your softer more vulnerable side sometimes, without being a pussy. You also have to have soft dominance with her, as well as hard dominance. Hard dominance is what PUAs generally go for (e.g. getting them to do what you say, leading the way). Soft dominance is more a fatherly thing. She has to know you will be there to look after her when she needs you, and that she can open up to you emotionally without feeling vulnerable. This can be done by showing showing her you care about her wellbeing, but obviously don't be over the top about it and come off as too beta.

WTF? How can you DEAL? This is the mind set i hate that PU tends to churn out by the masses.

daygamer is spot on this his advice. But think about what you are actually saying. You've turned "trying to attract women" into "stealthily manipulating and exploiting women".

If you mean "how do i handle a situation in which all of my previous tactics and knowledge do not work" then ignore this comment and learn to improvise.

Guys, i know seddit is here to offer advice, pass on some knowledge, and be a fraternity of common understanding. But can you please start using your imaginations for once.

Oh this girl didn't like any of my routines...run to seddit. I couldn't break down her LMR...i'll ask seddit.

The only way ANY of this information was EVER found was dudes trying new stuff to see what happens. If you come a across a girl that will talk with you, but is not responsive to your techniques, here's an idea, try something new. Go off book and give it the ole college try.(no roofies)

I love seeing new guys get some solid information, but its way more awesome when some newbie does something on his own and grows from it. There have been quite a few posts with that occurring and it makes me smile.

Traditional pickup techniques work best on anxious and avoidant attachment types. If they are secure attachers, you have a minimal foothold with negs and dhvs.

I wish I could share this book with you, it's such gold for understanding interpersonal interactions and motivations. Settle for the amazon page which at least gists well and shared the definitions of the attachment styles.

What does FWB mean? If I read your post correctly, you did manage to attract her and sleep with her, but you lost her. She wouldn't see you after the first or second date?

If this is the case, any number of things could have happened. Maybe you got needy after sex. Maybe you weren't good in bed or didn't stimulate her imagination. Maybe she sensed you were a player and closed off. Also its possible she started dating someone else or was even into another guy when you started dating and she went back to him.

Need more info and a timeline before we can perform a proper post-mortem.

PUA means "pick up artist". So, assuming that for you "PUA" means "Seduction":

"Seduction" does not equates with "negging and making her feel jealous and dependent" (in my opinion that's the asshole's game since you're relying on her weaknesses instead on your own strengths - but that's my 2 cents). If she doesn't respond to that probably means that she views you on a lower social level than she sees herself and so your "game" doesn't work because she basically doesn't care about the opinion that you have of her.

A woman that is resistent to seduction is one that, when she feels attracted to you and doesn't know why, asks herself "why is this happening to me? This isn't logical at all - I don't even know this guy, I don't know anything about him, still I feel like he's a great guy... this doesn't make any sense!". I still have to meet one.

I've said it a million times here: pickup only works on the lowest quality women. If you want a great girl you need to walk the walk.

But by all means keep consoling yourselves with the bullshit that it's a numbers game. That leaves the amazing women to guys like me.
