Going to the gym to get jacked is just a piece of the puzzle. You won't learn how to become a social, charismatic, or playful person by going to the gym. I've seen this problem a hundred times on this sub.

Plenty of men are jacked af, but are social dipshits when it comes talking to women.

Being fit will give you more chance when it comes to open, but if you don’t know how to give a girl a good emotional experience, you will not be getting very far.

Get fit, but also get your social/PUA reps in as well. Pick up/Rizz is also like a muscle. You need to train on how to talk to women, to get better at talking at women…

Getting jacked does not change the fact that you as a man need to lead. Women don't look at a man and think "Wow he is jacked, I will now lead the interaction". In fact if you look like you have your shit together, they will actually EXPECT you to have your shit together.

Note: I am not saying do not get into shape, however, it is not a way of bypassing being able to talk to a person and having social skills. You do it for you.

There are people who have done thousands of approaches for years in nearly every situation. They've also coached thousands of students so they know the most common sticking points. If you want to write off someone with experience, that's your choice. But, some of these guys are the most experienced in game.

The difficulty is you don't know who has put in the development and who hasn't. And some guys get to a baseline of skill and stop there. They never stretch themselves so they don't get good. Just average.

But in just about anything you will do, there will be coaches or people with experience that are useful to help you learn. Whether a guy needs a coach is debatable. Some guys don't. But, it's good they are out there for those who do. Or guys who are serious about leveling up.

And getting jacked isn't going to change much. Getting in shape can improve your self confidence which can be helpful. But, it isn't going to change your social skills, which is where the game is played.
