AFC here, barely getting my feet wet in this stuff. I've begun doing all I can to talk to everyone, and believe it or not I don't have a ton of trouble talking to girls. I'm pretty confident when I'm the only guy around. My problem comes when I try and talk when I'm around any other guy who has a reasonable amount of confidence. For some reason, the slightest hint of confidence in someone else cripples my own. Do you have any tips to help me get over this beyond to just do it?

Here's a question I posted for the official IAMA that got some upvotes and I'm interested in hearing multiple responses from.

Thanks, really appreciate your doing this! Newcomers often fantasize about being able to attract/seduce/pickup any woman. It seems this a big misconception about the community... What is it actually like to be a "mpua". Do you find yourself constantly surrounded (hooking up with, in relationship with, etc.) by gorgeous, awesome "10s". Or is it still largely a numbers game - just with more of a success percentage and a better capacity to cope with rejection?

On this same vein, what is your blow-out rate like (not just in clubs, but in day-time/social-circle events)...

And, could you elaborate on what your life was like at varying stages of your development (when did you start dating "8's" consistently, then "9's", what were your sticking points at those points, etc)? Thanks a lot man!

Just thought I'd say: I took a look at your site and thought the articles were really good! Some great advice there!

I figure I'll ask a question anyhow: Has being a bigger guy held you back, now or when you first started? Or is more just a "find the right girl and it won't matter" sort of thing?

While this subject probably deserves it's own book, how would you go upon improving a female's self-esteem?

I know this is more of a psychology related subject, but it seems that improving the self-esteem of others is a hard thing to achieve since these things seem to develop early on in life and tend to stay that way. The other issue is that most articles online deal with improving ones own issues instead of that of others. Anyway, I feel that your insight may be helpful.
