I am working on eye contact and a simple smile to strangers.
I hid in a "bubble" and 90% poker face and some little expression here and there for 15 years+.
Whenever I smile, frown, laugh, etc., it feels a bit fake. Part of it is me exaggerating or forcing it out just a bit. I found that if I didn't, I just stayed poker face mostly because that is what I am so use to. I am hoping maybe it gets natural over time.
Anyone know what I mean? Think what I am doing is good and will get more natural? Advice on a better way to approach this issue?
