Just a PSA, if someone tells you no, don't pursuit them. Give them the respect they deserve, and the respect you have as a person to acknowledge that and move on. Bounce back but don't approach the question again unless they bring it up or its been at least a few months.

If you're friends and they say they're not interested, and you take it to heart but still act like a friend, and that's instantly more attractive than trying to wear the other person down just for them to be reluctant and say yes out of guilt or a chore.

And if you back off, sometimes the people who you were attracted to will come to you as they were able to process it and as if you are being serious. This allows them time to think about it themselves and if they want to come to you about a relationship. But also you giving them space and accepting their answer at face value shows what type of person you are.

No means No.

You would much rather have a respectable reputation than the reputation of a predator. People talk. You'll have a lot more luck in the long run with finding a hook up or a relationship if you follow that rule
