Seduction + spirituality = ???

I'll give my two cents here. I've always promoted meditation practice on this sub for more than seduction purposes. I mean at the end of the day we're trying to improve our entire lives right? Not only the seduction aspect.

Meditation (and thus mindfulness) has been hugely beneficial for me. I don't necessarily consider it a spiritual practice however. I was raised catholic but abandoned those beliefs years ago when I was around 15. Since then I've been bouncing around with Atheism, Agnosticism, Buddhism, and others. My spirituality emerged mostly from dabbling with psychedelics and the transcending experiences I've had with them. That has nothing to do with seduction however and I don't think it's necessary.

Like I said, meditation has been very beneficial in more ways than seduction. But since this is /r/seduction I'll talk about the benefits I've seen in this aspect of my life; I'm much more present with women when I'm with them. Women love men who truly listen and pay attention to them. It creates meaningful connections and conversations and I've made huge improvements here. Also, I used to have some sexual hangups and issues in bed. Mindfulness helped me get past them and I have great sex now. Also, I feel like I'm prone to social anxiety. Nothing really severe, but I'm definitely an introvert by nature. Mindfulness has allowed me to accept this facet of my personality and understand it and myself more. I'm much more comfortable going out of my comfort zone now and I'm much better in novel social situations. I handle nervousness WAAYYYY better since starting meditation.

Another huge issue I've always had is getting attached too easily to girls. I'm sure most of us have been through this and to make it short I'll say meditation has been by far the biggest key in handling the neediness and irrationality of being in a relationship and all the impending attachment, jealousy, and heartbreak that ensues.

So in short - tldr; Meditate, it's tremendously helpful in so many ways. I could go on and on about it's benefits (in seduction and regular life).

I find that the improved sense of self I get from meditation really helps me hone in on my own intentions when talking with women. Improving yourself spiritually will definitely improve your seduction (especially if you focus on the 'sexual energies' during w/e you practice); however, spirituality and sexuality can only intertwine as much as you allow them to. Sorry for the ambiguous answer, but I find that since spirituality is such a personal thing that its hard to start giving advice about it.

I am incredibly spiritual and for me the two go hand in hand. Spirituality is about seeing the truth and having a clear mind, and these things are majorly helpful in getting laid. I want to present my most authentic self, not some conditioned, afraid, overcompensating and manipulative effort. Meditation and spirituality help me do this.

If you're interested in the spiritual aspects of seduction and personal developement, you might want to check out David Deidas book The Way Of The Superior Man. It pretty much covers that exact topic and also talks about the principle of masculinity and femininity.

In my opinion, it's a book that everybody on this board would benefit from.

There's nothing "spiritual" about meditation, yoga, or mindfulness. Both mediation and mindfulness (an useless term) are nothing more concentration exercise. Yoga is nothing more stretching and breathing exercise.
