I think holding one of her or both her hands while she's talking and/or smiling (don't overuse) can be seductive while listening.

I alternate between which eye I'm staring at. I watch the corners of her lips or the way her tongue moves as she's speaking. I will interrupt occasionally to clarify. None of this matters though. The best thing you can do is actually listen to what she's saying and be able to regurgitate it in a way that shows you actually paid attention.

Look at her lips occasionally, maybe soft gaze around her face occasionally, look into one eye while she is talking, stay completely present, have a relaxed gaze where you relax/lower your eye lids a little (gives you bedroom eyes), don't smile much maybe smirk here and there, be challenging, be flirting/teasing, also relate and explore what she says and develop the conversation so it has balance of everything, be completely curious, sometimes give direct answers to her indirect statements and questions (ex. What are you doing tonight?...read the subcommunication here depending where you are and how late the night is, how her voice tone is etc...you can give a direct response like "going home with you."...you can also have an intent behind your gaze, like if you imagine she you doing horrible things to her, that you want to fuck her, etc, it can really come out non verbally.

I feel as though actual conscious listening looks sexy. Though they actually have to be interesting.
