You can but it comes at a cost. I’m a part time cashier/waiter at a restaurant and I flirt with the girls pretty often but I’ve only asked 3 girls for their numbers or anything close to that. 1st girl full on rejected me and said she didn’t like men, so I’m like okay and I apologized and we never ended up talking the way we used when she came in to shop. 2nd girl had a boyfriend but the issue was on me because of the way I took the rejection and we never talked again and every time she comes in is awkward worst part is sometimes she comes in with her family so it makes it even worse. 3rd girl I finally landed and she ended up becoming my friends and benefits for like 3 months but she ended up not coming in anymore. Lesson here is if you can do it go for it, just know it might make work uncomfortable for you next time they walk in and ur forced to interact with them. I would really be careful on this one and make sure she does have the same level of interest back

It's one thing to flirt with your coworkers. That can be risky but it I wouldn't say it's always a bad idea.

Flirting with customers, on the other hand, it's a whole different story. That's just very unprofessional and may cause the shop to lose customers.

You are the male. Flirting is a feminine action. Men are supposed to have a stern and serious edge as leaders. Notice how every TV Dad is the bumbling idiot or funny guy and the mom has the stern demeanor and has the authority. We were literally programmed to reduce birth rates by being less masculine.

You flirt by having regular conversation, but you inject masculine patience into your tone and cadence and your non verbal behaviors and body movements to make you appear preselected by other women.

If you are first to flirt or hasty to initiate it, the woman just assumes you are making a move due to lack of options and has to question herself as to why you lack options.

If you talk like normal and your sub communication shows no urgency, a woman's ego will assume the only possible way you are so neutral is if you already have women, which satisfies female safety mechanisms and turns her on.

Women are the choosers, she can't select you if you try to select her first. My whole thing is to have a normal conversation and read her behavior and proceed from there. If she initiates flirting or physical touch or keeps getting closer, I'll playfully "reprimand" her and accuse her of being hasty or getting ahead of herself or being "naughty", which usually increases her urgency.
