Preference questions are a good place to start with this:

"How fast or slow do you prefer to go with guys normally?"

"What would a fun first date look like to you?"

"What type of sex do you like"? (This one is a bit more risky)

Keep the conversational topic about dating / romance / sex / relationships

Technically this is as simple as telling her she is cute. Sometimes you don't even tell her but you give her hints and she can realize that you like her - girls are not stupid.

The confidence you show her is not with your words but actually with your attitude and actions, but don't bother with confidence, not all girls are into that. What if you meet a shy/suspicious girl and you want to show her how confident you are? Will it go well?

She spent hours getting ready for you, complimenting something that she did is usually a good choice.

"I love the color on your lips, I can't stop thinking about how it will look on me."

"Your nails look so pretty, I can't wait to see your toes."

"I love how the color of your dress brings out your eyes, my eyes can't look away."

"I love your hair, I want to run my fingers through it."
