With women, it is not about proving your worth, or proving you are could be good provider for her or trying to fit in her criteria. It’s not about impressing her, it’s not about getting her validation. It’s not about trying to be chosen by her.

This is the part many people here get wrong “oh i have to demonstrate high value so that she likes me” which is the most counterproductive thing or worst “i have to lie so that i don’t lose her approval, so that she doesn’t think badly about me”.

If you lie with some bs to try to look more high value and she catches you in the lie, you lose value because you tried hard to impress.

If you act ashamed of what you do, you lose value not because of the job but because of the fact that you are ashamed to be in the position you are rather than owning it.

The only way to deal with this is to own who you are with grace and charm, not giving two fucks what she thinks of you, because you don’t care to impress her. You simply aren’t gonna try hard to get her, which ironically projects more value.

What you are there is to change her mood, to make her laugh, to break her defences, and make her feel endorphins, because when you manage to make her feel positive emotions it doesn’t really matter what you do as long as you are comfortable in your own skin.

So what response could you use:

“_Oh get ready for the most impressive answer (drums roll) I’m a security guard. So if you need someone to stare at a door like it owes me money. I’m your guy_”
She: What do you do for work?
You: “Get ready for the most impressive job in the world. Are you ready?”
She: “Yes.”
Nurse’s aide? “Elderly butt cleaner in hospitals”
Janitor? “Broom tamer, though mortals would call it janitor”
Security guard? “The dark knight of the hallways, or as normies would say, ‘security guard.’”

Let’s say that she laughs but she looks disappointed what do you do.

“_You are gonna be so impressed when i tell you about my side gig as a profesional napper_” or “_somebody’s got to keep the world safe while the ceos are busy in meetings_“

Always own what you do, be comfortable in your own skin, never show a hint of embarrassment or apologetic behaviour, never try to justify yourself, never try to tell her that it’s not that bad because it pays well, never try to compensate or be serious about it.

This is not about trying to look high blue it is about showing that you are comfortable in your own skin, and that you don’t give a shit if she is impressed but shown with a sense of humour

Don’t get intimidated by what women think of you. Your job provides you and makes you what you are now, be proud of it. They don’t feed you or put food on your table. They could kiss their ass goodbye if they want (but of course, after they sleep with you 😉).

I would suggest to reframe your mindset. You’re not trying to prove anything to the girl.

Nonetheless, If you want a good answer consider answering it honestly but turn it into something self amusing, fun, Or cocky, etc…

“Im a security guard. You know, like the inside man on one of those heist movies. That’s why I got into the profession“

Or whatever makes you laugh. Turn it into a tease, push/pull, self amusement, etc...

Point is to own it, turn it into something you are comfortable with and is fun for the interaction. Just don’t come off as you’re trying to hide it. You have nothing to prove. You’re the prize.

I’d frame it as something that sounds much better. If the lie gets out then it sucks but just know if you are looking for something serious then starting on lies only leads to more.

It’s a great question that you asked. Once I bring a girl over, they tend to ask what I do for a living and when I tell them I have my own business; they find it really cool.

Use the words "at the moment," so it's "at the moment I'm a security guard at xyz for more 2-3 months then ...... [ insert a story: I will buy the company and fire my boss / I finish the XYZ master / I have to paint my yacht because it is rusting in Monaco.... / I heard the XYZ company hire new people .../ I will be a stripper ... whatever story you want] ".
