Emotions are hard to overcome but the best way for me has been to focus on thinking logically and rationally and start by just going through the motions to get comfortable. Approach with a simple "Hi" and don't even worry about what comes after to start. Then start running really basic canned routines, not because they work well, but because it's easy to simply execute without thinking too much. That should help get you back in the groove, once you realize, it's all ok, and it's all going to be ok.

I find when I lose a girl I can get so sad about it, I tell new girls "I just broke up with my girlfriend" thinking that will get me some social proof, but actually it turns then off because they're worried I'll be clingy and needy. Dude you're rusty, it's all good. This game is cripplingly hard sometimes and you will move past it with more approaches and practice.

Speaking as someone who got out of a long-ish relationship about a year ago, it takes FAR more than "a few weeks" to get the magic back. For the first few weeks (possibly months) i felt like i had never read a line of pickup stuff in my life. But it will come back.

Take some time to work on yourself, get an easy lay where you can and stop worrying about being a stone cold pimp for now and stop putting pressure on yourself and build things up from the basics. Every relationship is sort of a "Reset" switch and you kind of have to start from ground zero (although obv it won't take years, more like months).

Man up and do this shit - you've got this.

Hardest thing to do. is to force yourself to sleep, there is stress and anxiety which drives your body nd mind further our of sleep.

If you want to improve the game, focus on yourself, dont just game aimlessly, you got a gf for a reason, you want to game for another. I say sort your shit out, dont go out to game, go switch up your life, make yourslf better and talk to people. Perhaps all you need is a different perspective and a calm mind to know what you want.

Meditate my friend. Do it for about 15 minutes. Let your mind relax. Then understand that you lost how to be social.. no idea how but thats what happened. You lost your edge. Still dont know how since you hopefully fucked her good. Never been in a long term relationship tho and kinda doubt I will after how many damn girls offer me sex now all of a sudden. Honestly in my few experiences I’ve found that it’s gonna take time for shit to work itself out. ESPECIALLY after a recent breakup. Best advice I can give you is to take it one day at a time, don’t let yourself be overcome/overwhelmed by your emotions, and if anything use this time to figure out what exactly your looking for and who you are as a person. Around 2016 I met this girl and we talked for bout 2- 2 and a half years but I always had this gut feeling that she was using me for her own personal gain. Every time I brought it up she’d change the subject immediately. So moral of the story it’s coming close to the end of 2019 and I haven’t gotten attached to a girl to same extent since. Be cool, don’t get frustrated if you’re struggling, and just keep at it.
