Is it first date sex or something? Or does it depend on where you meet her? But like waiting for the third date to kiss--is that even real?

Really don't know where you're getting either of these rules. 3rd date kiss sounds ridiculous as a rule. I've never even heard of this.

And a lot of dudes push for sex on the 1st date, but that doesn't translate to you having to adopt their values. What do you even want? You haven't said. As if some random advice is dictating what you should think you want? Wrong.

3rd date kiss wasn't ever news as far as I ever heard.

But "supposed" to be getting 1st date sex is assuming too much also.

You're dealing with a human being with their own agenda. They're not vending machines that hand out sex. You deal with each person on an individual basis. And there is no substitute for paying attention to their feedback. It's the only way to tell what they want and when they want it.

Adjust to the situation. Escalate as much as is comfortable for her. Don't mistaken light resistance as no, that's important. Aim for sex on the first date, but just try to escalate as much as possible. The quicker your escalation, the more attracted she will be to you. If you're after a relationship, that's really the true goal of getting to sex on the first date.

3rd date has always been sex, not kiss. There's also no real rule to it. If you guys kiss on the 1st date or the 100th date, so be it.

Dating and women are not something you can boil down to an empirical structured plan. You have to pay attention to the dynamics of your interaction with her before you can even determine when to kiss, if at all. This is where mystery method has really screwed with a lot of you guys heads, structured pickup is a mess, its a crutch more than a guide.

You need to be clear in your intent and escalate sooner. 3rd date is too late. There are some women who need to be escalate more slowly...but if they really like you... they will let you know "not yet" and that they are still interested...but it isn't that common. More common are women that that will drop you (as a potential romantic interest) if you haven't kissed them relatively quickly, because they assume that you aren't interested...so you get friend zoned.
