So I've been lurking here awhile and just putting many of the teachings here into practice. It's been amazing. Before I was introverted, had a bit of social anxiety, and had very low self esteem. Through seddit, however, I've learned to love myself for who I am, I've become much more extroverted, and I know long give a shit what anyone really thinks of me. I love it, and I want to say thanks for that.

There's one thing I want to work on, however. Cold approaches. My approach anxiety is still ridiculously high, and I want to fix that. I want to be able to walk up to any girl I see that I find attractive and talk to her. A little approach anxiety is obviously still going to be there but I just don't want it holding me back anymore. So I'm doing a 30-day challenge.

Approach one girl a day for the full 30-days. If I miss a day, the entire thing resets. Approaches don't have to end in a number close, as long as I go up to the girl, make my intentions clear, and attempt to gain her affection. I think those should suffice, but suggests are welcome so, any other rules I should use?
