As the title says, I'm naturally a pretty quiet guy, had a bit of social anxiety in the past, got over it a few years ago, found this subreddit in June and I've only recently been opening up to people more (talking to both guys and girls in my classes, making small talk with workers in stores I frequent, etc). I've done a few cold approaches and I've always gotten the number and even a date once, which was really awesome. I'm not outcome dependant. There are some days, however, where I just can't bring myself to do cold approaches. I don't like approaching with other people around, and gradually over the past couple years I've been giving less and less of a fuck of what people think of me, but its always a huge hang up to think that people will hear me trying to game. Even in isolated scenarios I let the oppurtunities pass sometimes and always hate myself for it afterwards. Any advice on this?
