And just have your life the way you want it, have interesting hobbies, just basically be happy with who you are, don’t look for happiness in other people. Women contribute to your already great lifestyle, they don’t build it.

And just talk to women in general, you get better at it the more you do it. If the conversation is going well, be more touchy and flirty, if that goes well, escalate further, but learn to read the situation, give her room to get out of there if she wants to, and don’t be pushy or needy.

Approach is easy; if you look at each other more than just a second, go talk to her, just say “hi, I’m OP”, and just say whatever you want after she replies. If you can’t for some reason go to her at that point, just use your body language to say hi from a distance, like raise ur glass, nod your head to say hi, you know what I’m talking about, usually works if ur sitting across each other at a party or w/e

Just have fun, be yourself, be confident, try stuff and fail and laugh at urself, people love that shit, just don’t be cocky, needy, or pushy

Confidence comes from within and it starts by trying to love yourself. What I’ve found is “fake it til you make it” works well to start off. Unfortunately theres no set definition of what confidence is so unfortunately most people can only tell you to be confident

I love your question on explaining what it means to be confident. A lot of people throw that around as if it were some brilliant insight, but a man's brain doesn't work that way. It won't just click into place and we'll start acting confidently just because someone on Reddit told us to.

So it's important to start with some examples of what confident behavior looks like. Luckily we have movies, and a lot of the ultra badass heros we all love display a lot of the confident characteristics we can emulate and then someday make our own.

Hint: So much of confidence is in the nonverbal.

He are some examples of confident, attractive male characters you can emulate (their look, posture, mannerisms, jokes, attitude, tone of voice, etc.)

Brad Pitt - Tyler Durden (Fight Club)
George Clooney - Danny Ocean (Ocean's Eleven)
Daniel Craig - James Bond
Will Smith - Hitch
Jack Black - Dewey Finn (School of Rock) *Controversial pick because Jack Black isn't a sex symbol by any means but he is so incredibly and unapologetically himself and has that "I don't care. Take it or leave it" kind of attitude that people love to be around and women find very attractive

One thing I’ve come to realize is that “be confident” is nonsense if you have no reason to be confident. Confidence coaches will tell you that. The plane is going down, the pilot and copilot are both dead, who can fly this plane? I can! I’m confident!!

Confidence is a natural product of being physically fit, mentally healthy and doing fairly well for yourself. As a starting point, I would start working on all of those.

I upped my game 100x by making having and spending more money.

Money gave me confidence, a nice car, and a nice 3 story home. I can financially protect my woman. Make more money in your time instead of trying to do some PUA b/s. PUA isnt real. Women are attracted to power, and truth be told, money is the easiest way to get that.

I'd highly recommend the book "No More Mister Nice Guy" From Dr. Robert Glover.

It sounds like this next "manipulative" game book, but it actually has nothing to do with PUA, but goes into character defects and exercises on how to fix them and loving yourself again

This is my fav and I recommend this to any men

The main questions you need to ask yourself is:

Where you will go where you can meet women and socialize? It could be you haven't thought about this yet, but you will need to have some location where you can meet enough women to get numbers, dates, etc...
How will you meet women? Cold approach? Social circle? Online Dating? Something else?

You will need to practice socializing with women if you want to improve. You will also need to improve by trying out different things socially. In other words, learning from reactions you get from people.

There are also important mindsets that can deter everything you do if you don't get them right. Main thing is to not self judge and except that you will be dealing with rejection and you are ok with that. Everything you do should be fun. Keep it that way and fight that self judgement mindset.

For books and resources, this will depend on what you want to accomplish. A girlfriend? Abundance in options? New social skills?

Books at the most will only give you the 10% of what you need. The rest is interacting and socializing, then learning and improving from trying out different things. So, don't put too much stock into books. Definitely worth seeing what is out there. Just try to expose yourself to a few different resources, don't just jump on the bandwagon with 1 thing. See what other people have to say on the subject. I can list resources, but everything I read is based on cold approach and game. Not sure that is what you are after or something else.
