you are so easily swayed by good and bad reactions... you walk around like a lost puppy hoping no one hurts you. you cant even face the slightest little bit of rejection because you think that you are just a meat suit on a rock. you are in protection and are afraid to let go. its sad... i see it every night, guys scanning the room, hoping they wont be judged.

the only way to overcome this is to PROVE to your brain that you will not die if you just go after what you want. you will be fine if she doesnt like you.

this is the thing, it feels like you are protecting yourself by not facing the fire, its comfortable, its familiar. but guess what, youre not on solid ground, youve been sitting on fucking quick sand, and once you realize it, it might be too late.
