Me: Okay, I guess we’ll save karaoke for the 4th or 5th date. How about we start with drinks this Thursday night at that new bar I was telling you about?

Girl: Sure, I get off work at 5 so any time after works. Someone must be singing in the shower a lot huh?

Me: okay let’s do 8, I’ll pick you up at your place just send me your address. I guess you’ll have to find out on that 5th date

Background:

Chatted up this gym employee last week, pretty cute girl next door type hb8. The gym was closing and it was my first time ever seeing her and she joked, “gonna have to make this the quickest pump of your life”. I responded with a smirk on my face “Oh that’s nothing, I’ve gotten much quicker pumps than 30 minutes before”. She gave a good chuckle, I went to go do my workout. Once the gym was closed after my workout I went up to go see her and talked with her for a while, and got her number.

Went on the first date last week and I had a great time with her so going on date number 2 tomorrow.

I usually start off my texts like that and girls seem to respond well, especially when I tell them they’re the next best singer, golf player, fitness model etc. and exaggerate the statement. Making sure that we talk about where I’m gonna take her on a date in person, that way the logistics over texts is simple.
