I'm starting to get a bit frustrated by the demeanour many people have towards Nice Guys.

It's becoming a bit mean spirited. Nice Guys are very bad people, with a mental illness bordering on psychopathic. Being a Nice Guy is a date rape drug that just isn't working and they're frustrated by it.

Let's not get too cruel. This is "The reddit self-improvement and seduction community!" and it's about helping people, not demonising those looking for help.

Not everything is black and white. Some of these Nice Guys are just young and/or naive and aren't putting on an act to bed the chick. Some are genuinely good guys but lack confidence and knowledge to express what they want out of a relationship and still try and hunt down that one fish in the sea.

I was once like that and thankfully I'm not now, but I know I would immediately be scared away from getting help if I was being accused of being the worse type of human being imaginable.

Edit: I'm getting confused by the term. When I felt I was being a nice guy, I thought it was about not being forceful and assertive and letting the girls approach you. I never feigned being a nice person, I just wasn't clear with the girls I was attract to that I was attracted to them, and instead just became friends. I've never pretended to be nice to get a girl into bed.
