I love that moment where you look at her eyes, and she looks at you right - left - right - left, and then suddenly she looks at your lips. If you wait a bit, just keep staring in one eye, you can feel the tension building, and when you finally kiss you release that tension which creates passion.

Waiting a few seconds for a kiss, letting that tension build and being really slow is so powerful. You can make a girl lose her mind just by teasing a kiss.

This is great but remember guys, your smooth, calm, confident sexual vibe (derived from your chilled steel unshakeable frame) has to exist before any eye gazing "tricks" will work.

You can work on both in tandem though. Look up youtube "eye contact practice" videos and practice triangular gazing there. The real battle is to calm your mind, get out of your head and feel attraction in your body.

This is an old PUA tactic that I learned a long time ago and still use to this day. It is perfect to build sexual tension and really create a mood that will help you in escalation.

This build a lot of sexual tension when done right. Use it on top of other escalation techniques.

It goes like this:

Mid conversation/date/approach become quiet and just look at the girl. Have piercing eye contact. Look at the girl , pick one eye and hold your eye contact whether that be the right or left.

As 10-15 seconds past by switch to the other eye and hold piercing eye contact.

The next 15-20 seconds look straight at her lips.

Then REPEAT. Start again with holding eye contact at which you started with. Hold for 10-15 seconds hold piercing eye contact in the other eye. Next 15-20 seconds stare at her lips.

Essentially this creates a virtual triangle that you can follow. (Don't make it predictable and keep following the order. Always be fluid and unpredictable and go counter clockwise if you were clockwise before) Or even just look straight at her lips.

I tried this for my first kiss on our first date. It was just two of us. I started to look into her eyes and after I 10 seconds I switched to her lips. Then I saw how was the reaction. If she does the same, I mean also look for my lips then it is a green light! I didn’t kiss her at that time, but I got the signal from her to allow me to kiss her. I bit playing and make her wait a bit. Then I kissed her that night when we were at the club. It works!
