It feels a bit awkward at first but this is how it works among (some) adults. You should take the chance. Maybe skip the alcohol because it makes the sex worse. Be thankful for women that are not as over complicated. There are many that are too complicated. Considering that you already postponed it there is chance you already ruined it. Remember that when you reject a girl you will probably lose her forever. If you don't want sex why bother dating at all?? Maybe you should just sort out what you want at first.
