I usually compliment something particular I genuinely like about them: " I really like the way that outfit looks on you on your 2nd pic" or something simpler like "I really like your smile" then followed by a question to start a light convo. It could be from "how is your day going" to "is that the so and so museum in yoir pic, I've always wanted to go" ultimately you want her phone number in a couple of sentences don't use Tinder to chat too much. Keep in mind Tinder and seduction is a numbers game not every girl will respond, even if you do the perfect ice breaker. They could've deleted the app, already found someone or where just there to see how many matches they could get. Do not take it personally and keep trying, there are many women out there craving your company and attention. Also, more than one female friend has told me that they filter people out since they get so many matches by avoiding rude people (dick pics all that) and plain people (hey wyd?).

Keep in mind the objective of tinder. You should try to set up a date as quickly as possible. All prior conversation to this is just to make her comfortable enough to get her on a date. The opener should just be something about her profile, but not about her looks. If there's hardly anything on her profile, I usually just ask "so what do you find so attractive about me". Just banter a bit, but ask her out to a FUN casual date, within 15 or so messages. If she's keen, she'll keep chatting, but ask her out before it gets stale.

So i match with a bunch of girls on tinder. But i do not know how to start a conversation without saying "hey" or how to keep the conversation going.

Firstly, Tinder is not really a "conversation." And the whole point of texting on Tinder is not to "have a conversation" or "keep it going." The point is that you end up meeting that person, right? So all you need to do is have enough conversation that you've both proven that you're human and that it might be cool to meet. All that takes is a handful of messages or so. Maybe fewer.

Secondly, there is no real sure-fire way, because you can't SEE the girl and read her in anyway in real time. In real life, you'd see her face and body language as you walk up and you'd be able to make adjustments based on all that. You'd be able to make adjustments based on how she reacts to things you say, etc.

On Tinder, you're blind to all her reactions. So it's not worth worrying too much about what the "right way is." Other than realizing that dick pics or sexting are to be avoided, as is blatantly asking about sex over text.

All you need is to make some sort of comment that's not completely tone deaf. She'll have decided before she swiped, whether she'd actually want to meet you or not. Sometimes she'll have swiped and won't want to meet at all. So you have to drop expectations and just see what happens after a few light messages. A few ways you could go:

Joke if you want, if you're good at it and that's your thing. It's not required though.
Make a comment about the weather. It's often weird enough these days that people will relate about it.
Comments about common cultural experiences. NYE just happened, you could ask how hers was or what she did, etc. Xmas, and so on.
Comment on something interesting or funny on her profile. Words or pictures, it doesn't matter. Just avoid blatantly sexual comments. Every guy does that; don't be basic.

The point is, you pick something and relate to her by getting at what makes her tick. See how she reacts to a funny observation if you want to be risky. Start off safer with the weather or common cultural things. Commenting on her profile is often the easiest, strongest way to get at something that will be interesting to her, though.

And when questioning in general, it's helpful to try to get at motivations (why she did something) and emotions (how she felt about something).

But again, regardless of what you text her, you shouldn't be aiming for a long exchange. It's more like a few messages and then suggest to get coffee or drinks or something similarly easy and potentially fast.

I would say steer clear of asking for nudes, or anything sex oriented unless she initiates or you feel that she is looking for a hookup. When I'm on Tinder I usually respond to the pg corny pick up lines only because it's cute and showed that he is probably a chill person (and not a murderer)

Use something in their bio if there's nothing use something about their pictures. Don't be affraid to use the neg like if she have crappy low light picture say "wow you're third picture is really crappy why you're using it on your profile" also if she have snapchat filter you can try "this dog face is so 2015" and list goes on. If you use line she's not used to you'll have some succes.
