Tips for picking up mature women

Honestly bro, this is a very small niche. 45 year old women will be in a minority when they go out to bars/clubs, not to mention classy ones will be even more rare.

My experience with 45+ year old women were that they were cougars and there wasn't much you needed to do except be young.

Anyway, you probably want bars that are "classy" and you want to do all the normal things you do to pick up the average woman. It'll probably just be easier because you're in your 20s and 45+ year olds don't give a shit anymore and are open about wanting sex. Don't act immature, don't ever mention or imply anything that has to do with age or your age difference.. yes that means don't ask her anything about what she did as kid or whatever. Don't ask for her age, and when she asks for yours (she 100% will) just be honest and tell her and keep a straight face when says "omg your a baby!!!" (she will say that) and just play it off or don't give that comment attention.

She will most likely keep trying to bring up the age difference because she knows you're trying to get with her, but she's insecure about that so just play it off like "Oh, I didn't really realise that was a thing?" or what I would do is bring up a story about how my female friend dated a guy 20 years older or something to just downplay the situation a bit. If she's still insecure after then you might have to just be like "okay, i completely understand your feelings it was great talking to you though :)" then walk off, be near and around her for a while so she has the oppurtunity to "bump" back into to you when she finally gets over it.

Older women aren't like younger ones who would go along with anything for a bit of attention, these women know the game and they know a player so you have to be on your best behaviour.. chances are she's already attracted to you but you have to let her feel like she's in control.

Be warned though, some drunk cougars are too pushy and it might make you cringe. It's best to just not go with those crazy ones.

Find ones that hit the gym. They're usually really fit and have a higher sexual appetite because of the increase in testosterone.

I literally said hi to a 43 year old and commented on her gym clothes and she fired off IOI's like crazy. And very little of that hostility that younger hot girls give off, especially in the gym.

Doing one single approach each week, would put you at over 50 approaches for the year. That's a pretty low bar, right? Have you done 50 approaches?

If not, you're focusing on the wrong thing. Quit looking for some magic shortcut. It doesn't exist.

do not be a fuckboy. can't be noobie like. these women have heard any and every line in the book. and no not talkin about pick up lines. hence don't bs them. in fact being genuine goes a long way but still gotta play a bit of game. especially classy or higher esteemed ones. the power play needs to be intricate. she's definitely gonna have some control over you but can't let any women walk over you. in rare instance where you can have all the power is possible but unlikely since ure seeking for advice on here.

definitely gotta think outside the box on where to meet. that you'll have to think for yourself.

you have to be able to connect with her on a mature level when the opportunity arises. show you are young but also mature. even if she wants just your body and you want her for more than one night, u gotta play the mental and emotional aspect well.

Personally I'd show up at happy hour. You want to bang a 45 year old not a 23 year old. Get them a drink then sit next to them and chat them up.

The only lonely women at a bar are the homely ones. So I am not sure you experience.

Firstly, I think you're making the assumption that older women are more mature and classy, but maturity and class are not correlated with age, but education and prevailing attitudes. Younger women can be just as mature and classy as older women.

Being older doesn't immediately make someone mature and classy, sometimes it's the opposite.

Secondly, I think you may be making assumptions about people's age. Unless you can access women's passports, you really don't know how old women are. You may be surprised that the women who you think are 45+ are actually women in their 30s. Women who do a lot of hard drugs and have led a partying lifestyle often resort to drastic plastic surgery and may look decades older than they really are, so I would be careful to make assumptions about women's age unless you are certain they are 45+ because I can attest many of them are still in their 30s and just look much older than they are.

Thirdly, women don't hang out at bars by themselves on the weekend unless they are sex workers looking to pick up a client for the night. In my experience, the most attractive single people always hang out at the gym on Friday nights. It's because going out on Friday and Saturday nights are overrated, crowd-filled noisy full of pretentious loud drunk people who are looking to hook up. Generally I don't think "classy" people hang out at bars or at clubs.

If you're looking for someone who is mature and classy, bars are not the place to find them lol

I met a director at work, she is divorced and 47 I am 39, we had very good conversation she sat in front of me while having some beers with cooworkers, after 2 hrs she sat by my side. I was direct and my self the whole evening. Eventually I told her what I was looking for in a woman, she then replyed that exactly what I want too. She sat closer and I told her straigth up, Hey I would take you out on a date. But a walk, no dinner bullshit she gave me her number. And we sat there talking more, eventually I told her what I tougth about her and asked her directly if she wanted to leave the place with me. It almost worked. She told me it's only been 5 months since she divorced and wished she met me later. Me again straight forward. Im not going anywhere and I might be avaliable in the future.

So for me it works like this: been yourself and straigthforward is the way to go. And tbh it's the way to go on any woman as long as they show interess. Don't chase what you can't get.

I am 53 and married, but I am a therapist so I have a lot of single clients. Honestly, older women are looking for men who are interested in them (not self-centered), so be curious and ask questions, and then be a good listener. I find that this is a skill most young people lack.
