I believe it is the most important thing. Being vulnerable, open and honest will get you laid more than any routine you try or facade you put on. I want to say there's really not much to it and it is exactly what it sounds like but I know this doesn't come easy for some people. To be vulnerable you really have to be willing to remove your shell, lower your guard, and abandon your ego. You have to be able to say what you are thinking, whatever is on your mind and be willing to be different and rejected. Don't have secrets about yourself. Be ready to show everyone who you really are. Keep reading the book, he address how exactly to do with in the "Honest Action" section I believe. Hope this helped.

Just by being true to yourself and out come indépendante. You may need to construct your lifestyle a little bit more in order to be a good storyteller. Once you Will be able to share your contruxted point of view without being an asshole and girl lové that. Just don't expect everything girl to Like it, that's why you need to be out come dependante too

Make a list of what you think are your faults, insecurities or imperfections.

Admit to yourself that you have these things and that is ok, people may judge you for them and that is also ok.

Slowly start to admit or reveal these things to those people around you but make sure it is part of the general conversation and not just something your blurting out to people. You don't need to start telling everyone your deep dark secrets, just try to push your boundaries a bit more with each social interaction.

Accept these things as part of who you are which ironically takes the power and shame away over time.

Then you are expressing yourself freely, positives and negatives without hesitation and this is very attractive.

Examples of imperfections/insecurities: I'm not good with women, I drink too much, I'm overweight, I'm scared of spiders, my parents got divorced, I have a mono-brow (by the way you can just shave it hehe)...you get the idea hopefully. It is a process of accepting who you are which in turn creates a space for you to take action to become who you want to be.

Girls want a strong, stoic, guy in control of his emotions, not vulnerable and open. Mystery and intrigue are key here.. you blow that and boom, it's like the fun is over.
