Was she across the room? I have glasses but I never wear them, so I don't know if for sure if someone is looking back at me if I am 40+ feet away. If you guys were closer that probably wasn't it.

It is work, so she might just be zoned out too... bored or pre-occupied with something work related.

Or it might have been IOI. Strike up a conversation soon and see how it goes.

It might have been an IOI, but its hard to know for sure. When I catch girls staring at me I will make eye contact with them, then smile. If they smile back I take it as an IOI. If they don't smile, and look away, its not necessarily a bad sign, but its not a good sign. If they roll their eyes and look away, then its a bad sign. Or finally if you can stare back for 5 seconds and they don't seem to notice.. Then their just zoned out.

At this point your best bet is to go talk to her, and see how it goes. Its the only way you can know for sure.

Also, if you notice her do it again, a line I love using is, "Do you always stare at guys you think are cute?" Of course you need to have the right tonality when you say this, or you risk blowing yourself out.
