I personally hate that "I should have said something" feeling so I approach just so I know I tried.

The initial approach is hard.

Can you find a local wing that you can do this with? It's much easier with someone else. I found that when I was learning game way back in 2005 (I feel like Old Man River here), having a wing helped us both.

He would approach when I was too scared and pull me into conversations. And I would do the same for him. We challenge each other into more and more crazy and ridiculous approaches. It became silly and fun, instead of scary.

Dude it took me a year to man up and do it so your not alone. I conqured my fear of it by going to a busy mall 2 hours from where i live and where i knew no one would know me and approached as many girls saying "i have a huge fear of rejection that im really trying to get over so could you please say the meanest thing you can come up with". It sounds awkward and weird but most girls will actually try to hold a convo with you. Mainly because you come across as genuine in what you say because you do have a fear of rejection

Look man, I know I know.. How many times have you heard the phrase "just do it"? Because I'm about to say it 1 more time. Just do it.. It's not about making fear go away.. Let me tell you a secret, fear will always be with you your entire life, when you do something new, fear will be with you, like a friend who has his hand on your shoulder.. The thing is not making fear go away but conquering your fears, and the only way to do it is by facing it (of course). Next time you see a girl just go but don't expect anything, don't expect to be like Mark Manson or Julien Blanc, the hardest part is the beginning and if you screw it feel good about yourself, nobody starts as a pro. Everyone has to start somewhere no matter what.. I'm not going to talk about the typical thing everyone says "Yeah you know, I was just like you" why? because it's common sense. You got the knowledge, you don't need to read more (atleast for a while) focus on losing that fear of approaching a girl and then you can keep reading more and more.. You got this man, if you really really can't deal with the fear, then try to change your perspective, when I started approaching girls and had that fear that you have, I would say to myself something like "Time to put myself in an uncomfortable situation, this is going to be fun." I looked at it as if it was a game, and let me tell you, the first 5 times maybe, man I got rejected, but then I got used to it I didn't even care anymore, I would then just go full alpha, and yeah, I got rejected from time to time but when I didn't I would hook up with some girls that I thought were out of my league. I even got in a fight with a friend who was dating her (as friends though, but he was going for more) and I didn't even knew so when I met her I went full on her.

Now, if you REALLY REALLY can't do it, force yourself, go out by yourself, no earphones, don't use your cellphone and just talk to girls, it WILL feel awkward. Or have a friend who is good at this, and tell him to force you in talking to girls. but is there any other way? No.

Practice makes perfect, there is NO other way.. Let fear be by your side, make fear your motivation, don't try to evade it, try to conquer it, if you start to feel fear, then you are in the right track (unless there is a bear or a lion chasing you, you back off) and you know that magical phrase everyone says:

"Just do it." It will be worth it, just trust me.

It's not that you "can't" do it, you're just not willing to be uncomfortable. That's exactly why reading and watching a bunch of content can often have the opposite affect on someone. They call it the "Paralysis of Analysis", which is quite accurate.

Stop watching so many programs thinking you're going to somehow stumble across that "special" video that's going to convince you to do it--or reading dozens of books thinking a certain message is going to motivate you. I guarantee you that you'll be watching and reading forever.

Just ask yourself this: millions of guys interact with women on a romantic level without the use of videos and books every single day in the world. Why can't you?
