There's a great book called "The Dangerous Passion: Why jealousy is as necessary as love and sex" by David Buss. Check it out, it's great stuff.

Whenever I start feeling jealous, I always tell myself... Get more girls. Once you're in an abundance mentality, that there are limitless girls to attract into you're life, your jealousy completely goes away.

It also helps when girls are chasing you and really want to be a part of your life. When you get the point where you need to start cutting girls out of your life, and you officially become the prize... then and only then will your jealous thoughts go away.

You don't have to sleep with tons of girls, but you should have a bunch of options.

Again, get rid of the scarcity mindset and start living life abundantly.

Don't ask, don't tell, don't find out. Just stop thinking about it. There is no short cut answer here; the more research you do into the matters of cheating etc, will only make you even less secure.

Your fear of getting cheated on is likely tied to low self-confidence and low self-worth, among other issues. If you work on feeling better about yourself, you'll also appear more attractive to women. The confidence will result in women being less turned-off by your needy and desperate behaviors.

So, in a sense, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy right now. You act unattractive, so you know you'll be unattractive. All you have to do is fix it. Read some of the books/links in the sidebar and get to self-improving.
