Haha. It's true that it's more important how you say it than what you said it, because women works with emotions. Anyway, if you are trying to hit hot girls consider improving in other aspects, not only in verbal communication.

Mainly yes. Think about how many ways you can just say to someone: “Hi”, “You’re hot” or even “You’re an asshole”.

Your eyes, body language, voice, face, etc... determine what you’re really saying. I can say “You’re an asshole” in a joking way to a friend and he/she will understand that it’s a joke and will laugh at it. If I yell the same thing while upset to someone, it has a totally different meaning.

That’s why it’s more important the way you say something rather than what you’re saying.

What you say doesn't matter...to a degree. But people mistakenly think that means they can spew garbage and as long as they have good body language that will work.

That's not what they are saying, and intent is not just a tonality or body language.

What they mean by what you say doesn't matter and intent does is, you don't need to memorize specific lines and specific words. What you do need to do is understand what you're trying to convey. For example, lets say I'm trying to do a pushpull, which is something rapport building to rapport breaking. My intent is to build and break rapport.

But the words I use to go about it, don't matter as much as long as I successfully execute my intent. I can say something like.

I love you. Ok, I hate you now.

Those are nice shoes. Almost as nice as mine.

Etc.

What girls do, and what a lot of people do in general, is they don't actually listen to every word coming out of people's mouths. They listen for the general intent of the sentence or behind the sentence (frame). Thats why specific words constructing your intent doesn't matter as long as you can still successfully execute your intent. Like I've had times I've accidentally just garbled words together - just said a bunch of non-existent words, but girls 'got' what I was trying to say anyways.

For all intents and purposes really doesn't matter. Stop worrying about the words. You can spew absolute garbage if you can't think of anything else. Sure it's better to be clever and seductive but saying generic "hey how are you?" and being seen talking to a cute girl is immensely better than never opening her at all for fearing your line isn't good enough. It depends where you're at but in my city people are very friendly and you just have to be social and not be the guy standing by the wall watching people. Approach, approach, approach. You will become calibrated as you do it more and things will feel more natural and words will come to you.

For example, once I was warmed up the other night, trying to try out some more direct and natural approaches, my main opener was simply "Hey!". Except I did it in an extremely loud and commanding tone, basically shouting, and opened entire groups up with it, even ones that had all their backs to me. Every single group opened receptively and most people continued the interaction by asking me questions.

The main issue with generic stuff like that is that you risk being boring and typical. NOTHING is worse than being boring to a girl. Even making her angry is better than boring her. For that reason alone it's worth it to say some interesting, crazy, and off the wall shit. But your body language and attitude could be the opposite of boring and it will work But don't overthink it, just go in and assume it's on. Looks don't really matter but I think if you're pretty attractive you can normally get away with a lot more generic or direct stuff (just my opinion).

"How you say it" is determined by your body language. Not body language as learned from books, memorized and consciously practiced. Body language that comes from being in a happy and confident emotional state. At a low level meaning you're "in your body" and not "in your head".

When you're in that state THEN it doesn't matter much what you say. Some PUAs claim they say practically nothing when they see a girl they like at a night club. They get an IOI, they're "in state", they just hold out their hand and maybe say, "c'mon".
