I call these "extra thoughts". There's the first one, "woah/damn", then there's the rest of them. After a couple seconds there's the "but" thought. "but she's listening to music .. but there's people that can hear me"

Meditation will help you slow down your thoughts and be more clear with your intentions (your first thoughts, if I could say)

See the problem is your focus of attention, your attention goes from the girl to other things. If you keep your attention on the girl, there is nothing to say fuck it to

Talk to everyone. That way you will feel comfortable talking to the girl, and it won't feel weird or incongruent with your personality.

Always approach, even if you know you don't have time to close.

First off, let me tell you that you're going to get rejected. Second, people hear strangers talking all the time, they're quick to forget and quicker to lose intrest. Think about all the times you heard someone talking on the bus. How often did you actually listen or even care what others were saying.

You should have a general plan of what to say but practice is good either way. Women in the street ( Daygame) are slightly different from women at bars and clubs ( nightgame). People go out to clubs and bars with the intention of having fun and the expectation of people trying to flirt. In the morning it's not as expected plus they aren't with freinds.

You don't need a concrete routine but having a general idea of how you want things to flow is very useful.

Try not to approach a woman if she seems busy. Think about it when them annoying people try stopping you on the street. You don’t want to talk to them you are walking somewhere you are busy. She was waiting so what you described is fine apart from having her earphones in. Old people are better than young people they won’t care they probably did it themselves one day. When your never going to see the girl again then why not go for it?

you aren't necessarily risking rejection, you're just striking up and conversation, whether or not you make any type of move should be calibrated for during that conversation.

And ya as soon as you see a girl you would like to talk to you should go and talk to her, It used to be called the 3 second rule, because after 3 seconds you will start second guessing yourself, but if you just go up and approach you won't have time for doubt.

Always approach if you feel like maybe you should. Unless you’re a weirdo, the worst case scenario is that you missed out on meeting someone new. The things you are afraid of, rejection and judgment, won’t matter to any of those people in an hour.
