well lets start from the beginning: there are three types of approach a man can do to attract woman: Cold and warm approach and online game. With each type of game you specialize in, there are advantages and disadvantages.

Online game Pro: probably can get yourself to see the most females out of any other type of game. You also learn online marketing skills which can be really good in todays age. Finally, your texting skills and phone game is the best here and if you were to get a number in Real life you would have no issue dominating.

Con: but the chances of you getting those females is low as they have so many men trying to get them that its really a herculean task to accomplish. Also what you can do on text, compared to in real life, is quite limiting. Calibration is almost impossible. Plus, even if you get her on a date with you YOUR STILL FAIRLY AWKARD as you haven't really seduced her. She could change her mind on you as she really hasn't met the real you.

Warm approach (IE social circle) Pro: lets you fuck up a lot more and not have to go into rapid seduction as your going to see the girl a lot. You also have social proof as if your in the group and hanging out, that must mean people think your cool so you have already past a invisible barrior for woman. Which makes it easier to get higher successful pulls.

Con: But at the same time, this means woman feel no need to commit to you as well, so they will take there sweet ass time and drag the seduction out as long as they want. Which often leads guys spending months on a girl only to find she either lost the attraction, dating someone else or both. Another factor comes into play uniquely for this type and one I personally hate, is social hierarchy and social status. You can sleep with at max 3 woman in your group (if your group isn't constantly changing like most social circle groups. But again a club promoter who has a rotation of social friends is going to not have this problem as much. but it will still be there.) as after that woman will think of you as a manwhore and sleeping with you will not give them status but take it away.This is if you have a good reputation with the rest of the group but if you don't then game over as no woman will want to sleep with you. So you act a certain way in order to attract woman and you must conform to the groups set of norms.

Now for cold approach Pro: You become free and confident as you realize you can approach woman whenever and wherever. You don't need some gimmick like alcohol or a sexy ass photo as you know, all you need in order to get woman, is to approach woman. Because of this mindset you naturally obtain a abundance mentality. You also have a set of new woman coming in all the time so never have to worry about things going stale with one. Much easier for the relationship to not fuck up your life as she isn't apart of your social circle.

Con: You will get rejected ALOT. It can break you if you let it. Then you do have to move fast as if you don't the attraction expires. Then depending on the venue, you can get the classic harsher rejections (glass thrown in your face, woman just putting a hand in your face, laughing in your face) and just general obnoxiousness from woman.

Now these are not exclusive as people generally mix and match all three in some capacity but Out of the three approaches, cold approach just allows you to learn and pick up stuff much easier then other methods as you can try a lot more stuff out on a lot more woman. If you mess up cool you move on and get another unlike warm approach. It lets you actually build social skills that are important unlike online game. So for my buck you should learn cold approach.

Cold approach works so well because girls don’t get approached very often because most guys don’t have the balls to do it. I’m talking about approaches during the day, not at a bar or club.

I’ve met girls with a cold approach at the super market, a restaurant server, and a bookstore and have had sex with them within a few hours.

Think about it: Online dating is easier, but the quality is much lower unless you have the looks of a model. Real life approaching is much harder but the women are much higher quality than you’d find online most if not all of the time.

All I can say is f*uck shyness. Get over it and get some confidence. It’s not easy. But you have to get rid of your approach anxiety. Girls WANT you to approach them. Maybe you should go through Glenn Pearce’s 3 month approach boot camp. It changed my life.

In my opinion, social circle game will give you the best results. Women would much rather date someone they’re familiar with. But cold approach will have you improving much faster and the growth from cold approach could be used in every single method of meeting women. Cold approach is more like a long-term investment that rewards you in many ways later on. Where as the other ones (online and social circle game) are more short term.

I’d say don’t stick to one and invest some energy in finding you favorite.

Lots and lots and lots of cold approach to get your skills jacked and ripped. 💪🧠💪

I also do tepid approach where the hotter alpha girls with better situational awareness initiate eyes / flirting and we do that for a bit before I approach, so it's not completely cold. This has a very high degree of success for me if I don't make any fatal mistakes and demonstrate status/value. It's extremely difficult to say "no" to me or make up some BS because I just give them the "I already got you and now you know it too."-grin. It's so much fun to shred their hope and beliefs right in front of them and hand their asses back to them, temporarily. :)

Cold approach is the best method if your end goal is to gain confidence and to be less shameful, but the best method to get laid? hell no.

Cold approach is 99% rejection.

Not necessarily the "Best" way. Online dating is good too if you work hard on setting a killer profile. But still you must learn the social skills necessary to talk to strangers, can be a grEAT hobby and you can date beautiful women.

IMO there is no "best" because luck and taking action in general play a key role.

Cold approach is learning game right? It’s hard at first but you need to be resilent be able to bounce back and alwyas hit a set goal of number of women you wanna approach 30-50 a week is good. Cold approaching only works for attractive guys, trust me when I say women HATE ugly guys approaching them. So if you’re 6-9/10 you’re golden, if you’re 5/10 you’ll need a lot of bling, extremely tight physique, and all the other checkboxes checked (women judge entirely off of visual perception and are unlikely to change that perspective so you only get 1 shot). If you’re ugly 4/10 and lower then you either give up or be her friend and maybe she’ll settle for you after she has a bunch of kids so you can “take care of her”.

Just do it. What's the worst that can happen? It'll build your mindset and not just to approaching ladies but in having the gut to do other things in your life that you'd be afraid to do otherwise.
