They tend to cut to the chase. Which is actually an ideal thing to do: only use text/msg as a tool to get the logistics ready for the meetup.

I read more and more cases in this sub where guys wanna play around more with texts and got crushed when being left on sent/read. I assume part of it because even women don’t like a boring small talk yet guys are still in the “trying to figure out” phase. Or maybe some people get off just by reading a woman’s text lol.

Women in their 20s think they have all the time in the world, so its tough getting their attention. Women in their 30s are pretty much out of time and they usually don't even realize it.

People vastly underestimate how fast time moves and the number of opportunities they have for relationships. Football coaches do this too actually. I often see football coaches punt towards the end of the 4th quarter when they're down multiple scores. At some point you have to start going for it on 4th down.

Anyway, those are my frustrations with women in their 30s. I'm 38 and running a 2 minute drill hurry up offense.

Be a man with direct conversations and a solid plan for a date. Dont be brash and too direct like saying hey let's fuck.

Rather, say hey i am going to have sushi at this new restaurant open 3 miles away. Please join me.

And then make your moves. be confident, be humble and be a good man. You must have a plan to seduce her but make it seem all spontaneous to her.

You've reached the sweet spot, mate.

Younger women are more likely to be futile and disrespectful, not in the sense of being offensive, but not valuing interactions, for instance. The ladies in their 30s, though, beyond offering between flesh satisfaction, want to get shit done (whatever "shit" is in your situationship).

If I were still single, I'd not even talk to anyone in their 20s; leave those to the kids.

I got married in my 20s and am single again after being married for a few years. Now in my 30s and am finding I generally prefer a more mature woman with her act together. Most women over 30 should have at least one pretty serious relationship by then. Many have been married and/or have kids. Nearly all are career women and so they have some work and life experience in the real world. Women are outpacing men in education and few are stay at home mom types.

When I got back into the dating pool again, I could no longer relate to younger women who are in college, regularly party, depend on their parents for money, etc as I am a home owner, business owner, all debts paid except my mortgage, and my core social group are mostly in their 30s as well. The life experience gap is much greater than the age gap generally shows on paper, at least in my experiences. But you have to factor all of these conditions towards your lifestyle.

I tend to be more direct. I state theres an age gap and that Id still like to meet.

Ive noticed grammar is a big thing as well. Spell correctly and talk without all the extra stuff. Anyways, thats whats worked for me
