There is nothing wrong with beta buxxing. It can help sub-5 men "improve themselves" in many ways.

learning feminism and respecting w*men (s*mping for her and treating her like a queen)

spending the excess income from "muh wage gap" because we live in a "patriarchteehee"

Women settle for an sub8 who they're not really attracted to because chad won't commit and they're running out of time to form a family.

Nothing wrong with it. It's the best that could happen for non-chads, but the relationship will be lesser than the one you'd have if you're a chad.

You must set some requirements too, like no cheating, no single-moms, frequent sexual activity, the women can't be difficult or aggressive, separate finances. These requirement are automatically set if you're a chad.

I do think betabuxxing is a good option (when it works), it's just really difficult to achieve and has great risks attached to it.
