When I read this I think the guy is probably super messy, like cleaning up after a toddler. So not just the regular vacuuming and dusting but also he leaves crumbs and dirty dishes all over the house, cooks and leaves pots and pans with food stuck all over them, shaves and leaves hair covering everything in the bathroom, walks through the house with muddy shoes on every day and doesn’t even attempt to wipe them at the door. Plus he has dogs that he lets roll around in mud and then come in and jump all over everything. The cleaning I have to do at my house isn’t much, just ordinary maintenance cleaning because I try not to make a mess in the first place.
It is odd that he doesn’t just rent out the room and then use the rent money to pay a house cleaner.

What makes me think it is a sex for rent arrangement is the live in girl and college girl part. He could have a male cleaner. Usually these ads don't specifically ask for sex for rent because they'll get deleted but the 'female only' 'young' and 'college girl needing to get on her feet' imply they want a sexual arrangement.
